P. Todd Rowan, M.D., F.A.C.S.

P. Todd Rowan, M.D., F.A.C.S.--- A specialist in ears, hearing, balance and sleep disorders. Dr. Rowan adds his expertise in pediatric and adult ear disorders as well as complete care of the ear, nose, head and neck.

A native of Reading, Pennsylvania, Dr. Rowan completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania with Magna Cum Laude honors in 1986. He received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine in 1990 and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. After completing his otolaryngology residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Dr. Rowan underwent formal training as a fellow in otology(medicine and surgery related to the ear) with Herbert Silverstein, M.D. in Sarasota, Florida. Dr. Silverstein is a nationally recognized authority on inner ear disorders, vertigo, and restoration of balance and hearing function.

Dr. Rowan is Board Certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. His activies include medical student and resident instruction. In his clinical practice, he incorporates many of the latest medical and surgical advances in the management of acute and chronic ear infections, hearing loss, vertigo and balance disorders.
