Robert B. Belafsky, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Robert B. Belafsky, M.D., F.A.C.S. has been in the private practice of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery in South Jersey for more than 25 years. His special interests include pediatric otolaryngology, sinus surgery, and the treatment of sleep disorders and snoring. He has a broad range of experience in general otolaryngology and head and neck cancer.
Dr. Belafsky completed his undergraduate studies at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He was awarded his medical degree at the State University of New York at Downstate in Brooklyn, N.Y. His training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck surgery was completed at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.
Dr. Belafsky is Board Certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the Philadelphia College of Physicians. He is a clinical instructor at The Thomas Jefferson College of Medicine. He is chief of the Sections of Otolaryngology at Our lady of Lourdes Hospitals in Camden and Burlington County, and is on the staff of the Vitua hospitals.
Dr. Belafsky resides in Cherry Hill with his wife and has two daughters.
David N. Schwartz, M.D., F.A.C.S.
David N. Schwartz, M.D., D.M.D., F.A.C.S. - a specialist in sinus disorders and sleep disturbances, Dr. Schwartz adds his expertise to the complete care of the ear, nose, throat, head and neck. One of his special interests is the medical and surgical treatment of sleep disorders via a multi-disciplinary approach as well as an Otolaryngologist -Head and Neck surgeon. He also brings dental experience into play for sleep disorders. His other main interest is the treatment of chronic sinus disease.
A native of Providence, Rhode Island, he completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburgh, Va. prior to obtaining his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the Boston University School of Dental Medicine. He then combined his dental training with medical school also at Boston University. His surgical and otolaryngology residencies were served at the State University of New York at Syracuse.
Dr. Schwartz is Board Certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He holds memberships in medical organizations including the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He is on the staff of Underwood Memorial Hospital , Woodbury, New Jersey, John F. Kennedy Hospital, Washington Township, New Jersey, Memorial Hospital, Burlington County, Mt. Holly, New Jersey and South Jersey Hospital, Elmer Division, Elmer, New Jersey.
In addition to his clinical responsibilities, he is also an instructor in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery for the family practice program of Underwood Memorial Hospital and Memorial Hospital of Burlington County.
Dr. Schwartz resides in Voorhees, NJ with his wife and two daughters.
Patrick J. Hall, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Hall is a native of Cherry Hill, New Jersey. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science in 1982. In 1986, he was awarded his Medical Degree Magna Cum Laude from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark He completed his internship and residency in Otolaryngology at the University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida In 1992. He was then granted a prestigious Fellowship for further specialized training by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with Dr Richard Farrior in Tampa, Florida.
Dr. Hall commenced practice in 1993 in Woodbury, New Jersey as a Specialist in the complete care of the ear, nose, throat, head and neck, with an emphasis in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. Additionally, Dr. Hall's specific interests include all aspects of nasal and sinus disorders, pediatric otolaryngology, laser surgery and cancer removal and reconstruction. He is Board certified in Otolarynqology-Head and Neck Surgery as well as Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
In an effort to keep abreast of the constantly evolving field of medicine, Dr. Hall regularly attends national symposia where he participates in workshops with colleagues and other specialists in the field The services offered by Dr. Hall are the most up-to-date available. Dr. Hall's first priority is the safety and utmost satisfaction of each one of his patients. He is eager to share his knowledge, experience, and unique expertise and personally ensures that each patient is well-informed, feels confident and participates in their care.

Howard J. Bresalier, D.O., F.A.O.C.O.
Howard J. Bresalier, D.O. - a specialist in Otolaryngology-Facial Plastic surgery. His special interests include thyroid and parathyroid disorders and pediatric otolaryngology. He has a wide range of experience in other otolaryngology disorders including sinus disease, cancer, cosmetic plastic and reconstructive surgery.
A native of South Jersey, he completed his Bachelors degree from Emory University with a degree in Psychology. He finished medical School in Des Moines, Iowa at the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences. His surgical and otolaryngology training were completed at Botsford General Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.
Dr. Bresalier is recently Board Certified in Otolaryngology/Facial Plastic Surgery. He holds memberships in medical organizations including The American Osteopathic Association, The Osteopathic College of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and The American Academy of Otolaryngology. He is on staff at Underwood Memorial Hospital, Woodbury, New Jersey, John F. Kennedy Hospital, Washington Township, New Jersey, Memorial Hospital, Burlington County, Mt. Holly, New Jersey and South Jersey Hospital, Elmer Division, Elmer, New Jersey.
He also participates in instruction with residents and medical students, and resides in Voorhees NJ with his wife and two daughters.
P. Todd Rowan, M.D., F.A.C.S.
P. Todd Rowan, M.D., F.A.C.S.--- A specialist in ears, hearing and balance disorders. Dr. Rowan adds his expertise in pediatric and adult ear disorders as well as complete care of the ear, nose, head and neck.
A native of Reading, Pennsylvania, Dr. Rowan completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania with Magna Cum Laude honors in 1986. He received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine in 1990 and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. After completing his otolaryngology residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Dr. Rowan underwent formal training as a fellow in otology(medicine and surgery related to the ear) with Herbert Silverstein, M.D. in Sarasota, Florida. Dr. Silverstein is a nationally recognized authority on inner ear disorders, vertigo, and restoration of balance and hearing function.
Dr. Rowan is Board Certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. His activies include medical student and resident instruction. In his clinical practice, he incorporates many of the latest medical and surgical advances in the management of acute and chronic ear infections, hearing loss, vertigo and balance disorders.
Dr. Rowan is on staff at Underwood Memorial Hospital, Woodbury, NJ, Virtua West Jersey Hospital System, NJ, J.F.Kennedy Hospital Washington Township, NJ, South Jersey Hospital, Elmer Division, Elmer, NJ, and Rancocas Hospital, Willingboro, NJ.

Rasesh P. Shah, M.D. is a specialist in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. His special interests include sinus disease and thyroid surgery. He also has broad experience in pediatric otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery.
A native of Albany, NY he completed an accelerated seven year medical program in which he received his Bachelor of Science Magna Cum Laude from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Engineering Science. He obtained his medical from UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical Scool and remained in New Jersey to complete his otolaryngology residency at the same institution.
Dr. Shah is board certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. His engineering backround and extensive research experience has allowed him to effectively use the latest technology to treat all ear, nose, and throat disorders. He also remains active in teaching residents and students. He is on staff at Underwood Memorial Hospital in Woodbuty, John F. Kennedy Hospital in Washington Township, Virtua Memorial Hospitals in Burlington County, West Jersey Voorhees, Marlton and Berlin, South Jersey Hospital Elmer, and Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Burlington County New Jersey.
